Funding for a new boxing initiative in Chadsmoor, aimed at tackling anti-social behaviour, street drinking and substance misuse was secured in 2010, and selected by Cannock Chase Resident Champions’ Group.

The Cannock Chase Resident Champions’ Programme is a new initiative for residents to take part in a community project in order to tackle and prevent anti-social behaviour in an identified priority area.

This club also provides links with Addiction Dependency Solutions (ADS) who work with adults who are dependant on alcohol and drugs. Users are allocated a support worker who will develop a treatment programme and monitor an individual through it.
